Veins of Iron

12 parts Ongoing

In the shadow of war, Hogwarts is no longer the sanctuary it once was. The lines between light and darkness are growing sharper, and Draco Malfoy stands on the wrong side. Tasked with an impossible mission by Lord Voldemort himself, Draco's cold resolve begins to falter as the weight of being a Death Eater threatens to crush him. Meanwhile, Hermione Granger is fighting her own battles-facing the growing tension in the wizarding world as a Muggle-born, while grappling with the increasing danger surrounding her. Draco has always been the face of everything she despises: cruelty, bigotry, and hatred. But as their paths cross in unexpected ways, Hermione finds that even enemies have their breaking points-and maybe, just maybe, there's more to Draco than his sharp tongue and bitter sneer. In a world where trust is a luxury, and hatred runs deep, can two people who are supposed to be enemies find solace in each other? Or will their opposing worlds tear them apart before they even begin to understand the dangerous pull between them? Secrets, betrayals, and impossible choices await as Draco and Hermione are forced to question everything they've ever known. Is it hate that binds them... or something far more dangerous?
