The world was torn apart. Literally. It started in East Africa and crawled towards Orange County. Then wrapping all the way back around. Orange County was flooded with ocean water and geysers hundreds of feet tall roared through hotels. Destroying homes and causing mass destruction. The waves charged through the streets. Smashing down boats and drowning people in its way.
"Ellie," her dad hollered over the waves. He grabbed her arm and pushed her down the stairs; into the safe room. "Lock the door behind you."
