Over a thousand years ago Amelia Maximum gave her life to give Finn Mikealson a chance to live a human life, but that didn't go as plan and he ended up turning into an immortal witch to keep a promise he made to her the day she gave her life for his. Amelia now goes by Raella and has a sister that is a doppelganger. They live in Mystic Falls with Finn as their guardian along with Hayley and Tyler. Once Klaus returns to Mystic Falls and sees her with the doppelganger of the Petrova bloodline, he is determined to get them.
