     What if All Might never dropped the Sludge Villain? What if the last time he saw Izuku, he told him he could never become a hero?  Leaving him to think that he was useless, that he could never be important, that he couldn't be a hero just because he didn't have a quirk. How could someone be that cruel, especially to somebody who admires and values you more than his own life?
     After that, he stopped wanting to do anything, even want to be a hero, the depression was too great. But even more so was his new hate for All Might. He now hated the general idea of heroes and their supposed justification for being one. If you could only be a hero because of a quirk, then what was the point? People would only praise you, not for who you were, but for your quirk and the things you could do with it. The thought disgusted Izuku.

But...

If he couldn't be a hero, then what was stopping him from being a villain?
