Dopamine follows the lives of ten university students and how they deal with life, romance, and everything in between.

Wayo hasn't gone out of his room for months, isolating himself because of a painful past. Aside from his family and his best friend, there is only one person he's comfortable socialising with. Will that person be able to convince him to come out of his comfort zone? How is he going to cope with the outside world? And what would he feel when the person who made him feel safe and protected is a part of his past, except he is unaware of it?
