When a nuclear apocalypse hit America, people hid inside the big cities surrounded by a dome. One of those cities was Topaz City and one of those who whas privilege enugh to grow up in welfare was Mercy, but after some disturbing actions she left the City and ended up in Shadow Town. After an encounter with the military she was about to loose when a strange boy saved her and envied her bravery, he brought her with him back to his peoples home. She joined them, the Bellators also known as the resistence.
A war is coming, a war that will include every single human being. Who can you trust when friends turn to foes? And who will survive the ultimate battle between a hightechnology people and savages?

Two secret organizations, the Peacekeepers, who makes it its mission to protect the world, and the Southpaw, who's bent on destroying it. Hiroyuki Watanabe, a fellow Peacekeeper, is part of this war. A soldier, one too young.
