Ruth Collen finally finishes her freshman year in highschool, the 15-year-old is now gifted with two months of complete stress free relaxation, with her plan of sitting on the couch and binging on shows and junkfood she gets excited for the next 8 weeks. Or so she thought
Ofcourse like every year she is sent to her families summer hideaway, the Serinity cottages & beach. Where she and her closest friend/ sister she never had, April Sanderson, get to enjoy their summer and keep eachother company on the couch. 
But with a change of plans and meeting new people shes thrown into a whole different level of vacation and finally learns how to enjoy her 'complete stress free relaxation time' with just a little bit of chaos.
