Synopsis:
In The Good Abduction, six children find themselves uprooted from their homes by a government program aimed at eradicating poverty. Forced to leave behind their families and familiar surroundings, they are transported to an isolated location far from civilization, where they are expected to rely solely on their skills to survive.

Separated from the comfort of their homes and thrust into a harsh and unforgiving environment, the children must band together to overcome the challenges they face. Each child brings their own unique strengths and talents to the group, ranging from resourcefulness and ingenuity to leadership and resilience.

As they struggle to adapt to their new reality, the children are confronted with obstacles such as scarce resources, inclement weather, and the constant threat of danger. Yet, through determination and teamwork, they begin to carve out a semblance of a life for themselves in their new surroundings.

Along the way, they encounter other individuals who have also been cast aside by society, forming unlikely alliances and forging bonds of friendship and camaraderie. Together, they navigate the complexities of their situation, drawing strength from one another as they strive to build a better future.

"The Good Abduction" is a story of resilience, friendship, and the indomitable human spirit in the face of adversity. It explores themes of survival, community, and the power of hope to triumph over even the darkest of circumstances.

This story sucks, don't read it! It's amazing how quickly your life can change. In a slow town like this, where nothing exciting ever happens, where nothing ever changes, one single moment can alter your life forever, for better, or for worse. Sometimes, we're lucky enough to be able to recognise these particular moments, and take a leap of faith, but, more times than not, they just happen without us even realizing what's going on until it's already too late. Tonight, a simple Saturday night, just like any other, would turn out to be one of the most defining moments of my life. Ace is living a slow life, knowing nothing other than drinking with his friends and the motorcycle club that raised him, waiting to reconnect with his father who has just been released from prison after a fifteen year sentence. Life is simple, though he thought. Until the night he meets Jenna, running from her haunting past and the man that she is desperately trying to escape. Ace is dead set on protecting Jenna, but, as she slowly learns to trust him enough to open up to, he finds himself landing in the middle of a human trafficking operation and a feud that goes way back, between the ringleader and his club. Suddenly, life doesn't seem so simple... Work in progress, especially the blurb! This story has content which may offend some readers. Mild coarse language! Physical and sexual violence! Lots of drug references! First draft! I don't own the cover image! I'm a disappointment to my family!
