What if Izuku Midoriya was actually born with a quirk, but couldn't control it? His quirk is called Devastate and it's similar to All Mights quirk but every time it makes his body implode.

One day his Lord and Protector found a way to send him home with all his Skills intact. After arriving back on Earth he set his mind on doing all he could to save people's lives as a Hero. Izuku however saw the flaws of society and decided that he wouldn't follow their rules.
