Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. He became the ward of a certain Demon Lord who had also called Japan his home once upon a time and it was he who interrupted the ritual to curse him to obey orders given by his summoners, He lived in his new world for eight years learning about his Skill's and Magicules that now existed in his body but never lost the desire to go home. One day his Lord and Protector found a way to send him home with all his Skills intact. After arriving back on Earth he set his mind on doing all he could to save people's lives as a Hero. Izuku however saw the flaws of society and decided that he wouldn't follow their rules. He decided to save people no matter the cost and embody the true meaning of the word Hero, Even if he must become a Vigilante to do it. This is the story of the True Chosen Hero Dekiru. However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA.
