When Natalia's parents leave for the night, she jumps at the chance to assert authority over her sister, Amber. What starts as a fun evening of movies and pizza quickly takes an ominous turn with a viral video and an alarming encounter with an unknown man. A disease is ravishing the human population leaving the ill with only the sense of hearing and an overpowering desire to infect others. Natalia becomes a prisoner of her own bedroom, isolated. Will she fall victim to The Ill? Starve to death?
