"Tony, you promised the team that you would take a break from the suits. After last weeks incident the press is doing everything possible to see you mess up." You tugged his arm, subtly pulling him away from his suits.
"That's why I have you, you're my girl that handles the media."
"And remind me, please, why... am I that girl." You quirked an eyebrow up, the corners of your mouth turning up.
"Oh, well, a lot of reasons. Mainly... it keeps you close."

"The incident from last week was brought by the malfunctioning of Tony Stark's Iron Man suit."
Lights flashed, reporters held phones up, a camera for the local news aimed steadily at you.
"...As for yesterday's incident, Mr. Stark was testing the suit's new flying modifications, made because of the malfunctioning."
Reporters erupted into chatter, throwing questions to you, some toward fellow reporters.
"That's the end of this conference, no questions, so please will all of you promptly exit the building." You walked off stage, where Tony was waiting out of public eye sight.
"A malfunction? You couldn't come up with something cooler?"

When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one. It's no coincidence that the intel comes through, and they find files about experiments done to one person. 'winter 2.0' the team calls her, but to Bucky, the fear sinks in as memories resurface about one soldier in particular, Ace. Stronger, deadlier and she made the winter soldier in him afraid. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free?
