You feel exposed, he feels invisible. Will you clash or compromise?
This is a Jungkook from BTS fan fiction, told in 2nd person.
This story includes strong language and mature themes, and is not recommended for anyone under 18.
You are an anti-social, easily annoyed and hardened 16-year-old girl, who's been in the foster care system for most of your life. You are the new girl in town, and you are living with yet another family and going to yet another school. Your new foster family doesn't give you the warmest welcome, they usually don't. The smell of marijuana and whiskey is what you come home to every day after school, which isn't any better for you. Being a Junior who doesn't know anybody is hard enough, but when the pretty boy of the school, Jeon Jungkook, gets on your last nerve, it all goes South. He has the classic "I don't give a shit" attitude right off the bat, but his looks have gotten all the girls (and some boys) to swoon over him and fall on their face at his feet. You don't see anything special about him, but you do wonder: could there be more to him then meets the naked eye? Though this is a question you have, you don't see a point in trying to get it answered, or a point in being on this Earth for that matter. This conclusion you've come to, however, is disrupted when Jungkook shows an interest in you, and for some reason, your world seemed to be crashing down ever since then. Do you finally have a reason to stay?
