For 100,000 years, the realm of Arragothia has been shrouded in darkness, ruled by a tyrannical king named Nisshoku Sinclaire. His grip on Arragothia has been absolute and twisted. he's ruthless and cruel, killing anyone whom he finds unworthy or when he's just bored. Everyone is sick of it. Adrah wants to be a part of the rebellion against Nisshoku. He hates him as much as everyone else does and wants to do something about it. The only problem is, he's the heir to the throne, the descendant of the original king, and he can't expose himself or his entire family would be slaughtered. His best friend Raniel is reckless and has a devil-may-care attitude. He dares to openly defy their twisted king in small ways. he keeps everyone's spirits up with his optimism and powerful belief that the realm will be restored during his lifetime.
