My name is Lavendir. I'm an Altmer, born on the 14th of Hearthfire, and raised in the Summerset Isles. 
Many would call me a dissenter, but I would call myself a liberator, of sorts. 
After all that they have done, the Thalmor have become my greatest enemy. And I will stop at nothing to try and end them.

*I only own my main and supporting characters, Bethesda owns the elder scrolls universe and all relevant canonical characters and lore!

While reading the first book of "The Witcher" - some scenes of what could happen came to my mind. For that reason I decided to write to see where my imagination would take me. The events arise after Yennefer and Geralt argue over the third wish. In a reunion, the witcher isn't well received and the mage sends him, with Jaskier, through a portal to the present day. After time travel, both need to adapt to the new reality. Therefore, a new character, Janet, and a new creature appear. However, Janet asks Geralt for help but to do so she will have to make him believe that she needs to be saved. Regardless of the challenges they will face next. Hope you like it!

King Thranduil is just trying to keep his kingdom running and his son safe when an elf is found with orcs at the border of Greenwood. Who could this mysterious elf truly be? But then the elf he rescued in the forest grows closer to Legolas, and Thranduil can not help but enjoy her company as well. Darkness descends over the forest, all because of this one elf. When lives are threatened, Thranduil must make a choice: his kingdom or his heart. 12/14/21- y'all I wrote this in high school and I kinda want to go through it again and do a bunch of editing. Some of my writing makes me cringe and what are we here for if not improvement. That being said, this story will change starting today probably and if you're in the middle of it, hopefully I don't confuse details or timelines for you. If you've already read it once and just felt like you had to read it again, maybe it will provide some new enjoyment. Who knows? Maybe I'll actually finish some other stuff I have on here.

Sorry for how bad the early chapters are, I didn't give enough backstory, and introduced so many things I didn't know what to do with at the time and it really backfired on me later. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've only posted Part I here, but will soon post the rest (four parts total, 62 chapters). I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand. I'm hoping that writing this fanfic will be a bridge to doing more of my own fiction.
