After recent events occurred on Baseball Island, the remaining survivors decided to revive everyone that wasn't part of the mafia. Then, one week later, they all get an invitation to meet at a mysterious mansion. They soon find out that it's Luigi's Mansion. There, they all see five pictures-each picture of a diseased Mario Mafia member. However, that's not the crazy part.

The crazy part is, the mafia's spirits decide to choose 3-5 people to continue their reign of terror. Could be more, could be less. However, by the time people find out what's going on, it may be too late. Is it?
