Beginning is the usual betrayal stuff but it changes don't worry. The prologue is horrible you could skip it. If you do just know he gets betrayed by the majority.

Also if you think the first few chapters are horrible the read the chapter the camp. That's when the chapters get longer and longer.
I recently found out that this title can be found in another book. I did not take it from him.
