Fem percy

the mortals and most of the Demi-gods were killed by a massive atomic blast.

With no mortals to have children with and very few Demi-god children left, the gods make all the remaining Demi-gods immortal.

Soon with only the strongest half-bloods left the monsters cannot defeat them, and lose hope and fade

Then all the gods, titans, and even primordials fade...
Except for three: Dionysus, Kronos, and  Chaos

They manage to send Percy and Annabeth to the past to ask the gods of the past to allow all the remaining inhabitants of the earth of the future to come to the past.
