it should've just been a water tower and the period ending the sentence. it should've just been that monochromatic sun and no question of anything else. but instead, it was a world where the smell of yarn and the smell of molded leather complement each other perfectly and there are creatures that look like personified clocks but easier to adore. spoiler alert: she climbs the tower. another spoiler alert: this is an alternate universe that will make you wish you could use this screen as a safety blanket as any good book should. long story short, this is a story that will make the crazies feel sane.
