It is the year 1716, and it's the time of the Golden Age of Piracy in the Caribbean! Juicy merchants, bloody raids, hurricanes, and the good 'ol Pirate Republic of Nassau! What could possibly go wrong? 

A large vessel, by the means a tough one that is almost impossible to sink, is let rogue on the Carribbean on a fiery crusade. 

Will they stop it? 

Pirate Captain Edward Kenway, fearless, cocky, yet witty has had tensions with a group, the Assassin Order, whom was introduced quite bloodily by a good friend, James Kidd. 

However as secrets are revealed, and past events of love begin to take a toll on both, Edward and Mary have to go through it.
