Haley likes to keep her pessimistic view of the world, and her cancer to herself. Josh is open book, who loves life, and shares his disease with everybody who asks... except Haley. Both know their own time is running out but neither know the other shares the same fate. Under unlikely circumstances they learn from the other how to see what they had all along. Its hard to fall in love when you're scared to leave the other person behind, but it's even harder when the other person is as scared as you.
