This was originally meant to be a record of my path to astral projection, but that didn't work out for a variety of reasons, so I changed it to a book about spirituality, my path to it, and how to be spiritual. If you want to learn cool stuff like astral projection, lucid dreaming, or opening your third eye, go to Koi's Corner (Koi Fresco's Youtube channel - he also goes by the name Vishuddha Das). You can also use his channel for spiritual/religious (Buddhism) guidance, as I now try (emphasis on try) to do. I left the first part ("The Video") still up in case anyone wants to go straight to the Astral Projection Video.

Reality is perhaps no more than a dream. But what happens if one day we ask ourselves if we are dreaming our own reality? Is the world we live in objective or a reflection of our inner world? The Illusion Trap invites us on a journey where the spiritual, philosophical and scientific search for answers are intertwined in a twisting, multi-pronged story. Throughout the plot, the veil is gradually lifted on the truths of a past lost in a mystical haze, and the question is outlined through a duel of opposites that build a dualistic world: where is the line between reality and virtuality, rationality and mysticism, oppression and freedom? If reality is not independent of us, can we ourselves shape our own world every day with our thoughts and feelings into what we want it to be? Is there free will and to what extent can we live it? This book does not offer definitive answers, but encourages you to ask, reflect, meditate and find your own truth. A story that can lead you to yourself - if you are ready to look in the mirror.
