Two gangs, trying to co-exist peacefully in one city. One a dangerous, deadly group of teenagers, the other simply a safehouse for homeless, orphaned children. But the time for peace between Chaos and Civil is coming to an end - the war that will end the weaker gang is hovering on the horizon, and nothing can stop it.
