Alexander was newly divorced with a child when he got into a relationship with John Laurens. The two a had pretty stable relationship for a while, until John saw fit to take advantage of him. In little than no time, his demanding nature grew into physical, mental and verbal abuse toward the two, and he'd still manage to keep Alexander wrapped around his manipulative fingertips.
