A/n This is kinda going to be my OC but with your name, E.g. the character will have the powers I choose but your name and maybe some choices at the end of the book. I'm terrible at descriptions so please give me a chance. The first few chapters are pure CRINGE but it gets better. I do now own the Avengers, I only own my origonal storyline.

After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt. Fury puts the order out for the team to take Spider-Man in without the possible out come of a battle and get him to join. While behind the scenes. Tony and Steve are searching for a new addition to the family. A child to adopt. They search amongst the orphanages trying to find the right one. Enter Peter Parker. A 15 year old boy without any hope of being adopted. Seeing the fact that no one wants a kid who's already that old. Being the oldest in the orphanage isn't really the most amazing thing either.
