Little Neighbor

Elaine West is a 17 year old little, who has moved to NewYork with her mother Cleo and older brother Jone, her and her family are new inhabitants of the Night Light apartment complex. Her Fairly big, little secret, becomes slightly less of a secret when she meets Samuel Thrones, a 21 year old photographer, who lives right above her.
