This is a collection of writing prompts that help me when I've got a case of writer's block. Some I've found and some I've come up with, but there's a few for nearly every genre, so you should be able to find something to inspire you.

The Years Between
Intro: When the heavy door creaked open the small girl gasped at the cold air that hit her bare legs. The air that now filled her lungs, was quick to leave in a small laugh as she saw the view ahead of her. A thick blanket of fluffy snow covered every branch, rock, and building in sight. It sparkled under the bright sun. The girl didn't know how lucky she was to see the outdoors under these weather circumstances. The sky was usually painted in a sea of gray clouds that snowed endless white powder onto the kingdom 11 months out of the year. The brunette couldn't contain her smile as she peered out of the doors. It didn't matter that she could see her breath, or that goosebumps littered her skin, her feet stinging against the cold stone. She hadn't been outside- ever. ~~~~~~~~ A Knight saves her and then he leaves her. A broken hearted Nymph in a brand new world. Will he come back for her? ~~~~~ All pictures are from Pinterest!
