After the fateful fight with Kronos on Olympus, Percy is drawn into another dimension by a strange group of people. There, Percy lands in a forest in Africa and after unfortunate circumstances, is brought to a technologically advanced country called Wakanda. There, Percy finds out about an unlikely relation to the King of Wakanda. Percy helps the King out when he is attacked by an evil old enemy and the King is thankful for Percy's help. Percy then runs into a group called the X Men. Percy befriends them and soon creates a close bond with a few members. Percy gets seperated from them, though, and runs into another superhero group, this time, called the Avengers? He makes friends with them but what happens when a war breaks out between The Avengers? What side will Percy choose? And what of the evil alien Thanos, lurking in the background, in quiet search of the infinity stones.

(WARNING: This story takes place after the Blood of Olympus, and before the Trials of Apollo, though doesn't follow the story line if you have read the Trials of Apollo. He has survived the war with Gaea, and had decided to spend a few weeks away from Camp Half-Blood, since Annabeth is going on a trip to California with her father and step-family. When Nick Fury, director of S.H.I.E.L.D, sees Percy's file, labeling him a possible terrorist, as well as 'very powerful', Fury takes interest in him. Leo is only gone for a week before he returns with Calypso. Percy and Annabeth are 17 as of the end of the Second Giant War. Avengers timeline is far less accurate: Civil War doesn't happen. Peter Parker is currently 17 and is just starting to work with the Avengers. S.H.I.E.L.D. is still operational under Director Fury. Wanda is not in this story. Wakanda has yet to be uncovered. Loki does not appear in this story but has been forgiven for his attack on Earth upon discovering he was mind-controlled. The Stark Tower is under reconstruction to become the Avengers Tower.
