Der Mensch ist böse. Der Mensch muss besser und böser werden So lehre ich. The human is evil. The human must become better and more evil. So I teach. A conflict of good and evil, in which evil proves that it is not as weak as it seems. Proving that darkness can overcome the light, The Twin Devils of the Rhine soar through the air. Their gaze, ferocious. Their weapons, locked and loaded. Their thirst for blood, at overdrive. The Empire fights its way against the entire world, one against them all. But one shall prove that their efforts are not in vain, for The Fairy and The Steel Gargoyle are on their site. Mercy is the last thing on their list, and their hate for the divine is right at its top. As one who denied God, and one who aligned himself with Lucifer, they fight their way through the war. One which carries the mind to fool God. One which carries the muscles to kill God. Be it a bullet, soldier, or bomb, nothing was effective against such a duo. Both of their life may have ended earlier than imagined, but like the undead, they rose from their tombs. Their rest was cut short, and their life once more began, this time, surrounded by nothing but evil and chaos. With them, they carried the will of The Empire, slaughtering dozens upon dozens of heretics who dared to raise weapons. An old ally on the wars of the world we're familiar unites once more. This time around, however, there are no nations to save their enemies from destruction and bloodthirst. It must have been a goddess. That he was sure of. In the middle of those dark ashes, a body was laid down, wrapped in a cape that must have been green before but which was now covered in brown because of the ashes. Her face was strikingly pale, of a rare whiteness, but it was also dirtied by the ashes, hiding her cheeks and forehead. But despite those ashes and these dark smudges, one thing was absolutely certain: she was divine. She had a beautiful face with a straight, small nose, lips that were plump even if they were dry and a bit blue from the cold. Her eyes were closed, but her lashes seemed to be long and thick, resting on her cheeks like she was sleeping peacefuly. But all of those traits were not what attracted the Jarl. What did was the streak of hair that rested on her forehead, which had leaked from her hood. Its color was so unique and uncommon for a girl from this country that Tharn remained fixated on it. It was impossible to decide if this girl was a red-head or a blond. It seemed like the gods had not been able to chose in-between those two hair colors and had to give her the tone in between those two: gold. What a waste for such a heavenly creature to be dead, Tharn thought. Well, was he sure she was dead? After kneeling down, he bent over her, placing his fingers on her throat to check if her heart was still beating and placing his cheek in front of her mouth to see if he could feel a breath against his skin. As faint as it was, a light breeze touched him and a slow beat came under his fingers. She was barely alive, but she still was. A sigh of relief escaped him without him controlling it. He had no idea why he was so glad she was alive, but he was sure of one thing : she was coming back with him, and she would be his.

"And who are you?" The Frost Giant King, Laufey asked. I cleared my throat and puffed my chest out. "I am (Y/N) Ísveig, future wife of Thor Odinson, and daughter of Sigrid the Beauty and Calder Nord. You captured my mother and cursed her. You said the next child she would conceive would be given horrible powers." "You believe we cursed you?" The king questioned, an amused smile playing on his lips. "No, it was your mother who cursed one of us, and lied to you about it. It seems all Asgardians do is lie." I felt all the air leave my body. How could that be? My mother lied? I wasn't cursed? Then how did I have the powers of a Frost Giant? "My father is not Calder Nord." ___________________________________________ (Y/N) Ísveig had grown up her whole life with the famous sons of Odin, Thor and Loki. Her mother was one of Frigga's oldest friends, and so they believed it would've been a good choice to connect their families together. Through forced marriage. (Y/N) had never questioned her mother, never rebelled. Training and her 'destiny' to be queen was the only thing she knew, and she didn't even know where to begin in changing that. Everything came crashing down after a small trip to Jotunheim. She began to question which of the following statements she'd believed for so long were false: 1. She had been cursed by Giants 2.She was loved by Thor 3. She was fated to rule Asgard alongside him How about all three? ___________________________________________ Reader meet Loki. The first project that I started in early secondary school. Looking back at it is not that good. but seeing as I may not go back to it I might as well share it. Long ago the great gods of this world guided and protected all of the creation, but that all changed when the darkness welled up from below the ground and ravaged to lands, seas and sky. All kingdoms fell. With the last of their light. the gods bestowed their power upon chosen warriors, each blessed with power to destroy the darkness. However, the darkness proved too strong, fueled by the darkness in the hearts of man. It was sealed away in a conflict and the chosen were laid to slumber for a new generation to take up the mantle and do what needed to be done. Aspects of this became what Elohim is today.
