Have you ever heard of the Hanahaki disease?
Well, a victim starts to grow and cough up flowers from the lungs due to one-sided love. The only way the to get rid of it is if the victim's love returns their romantic feelings or death. Surgery is possibly, quick and easy too, but the romantic feelings and memories of the victim's love will be erased.
Stanley finds himself having disease for a certain blue-eyed boy.
Adrian can't return the feelings in time for them to be together in peace and without the disease.
