Izuku Midoriya has always dreamed of becoming a hero since he was a young child. However, the constant bullying from Katsuki Bakugou has led him to believe that he will never truly become one without a Quirk.
He goes to extreme, and rather unnecessary, measures for the possibility of a Quirk after a rather quick talk with the Number One Hero, All Might. However, an unforseen event has led him to be blinded and discovered by someone who has been lurking about for a long while now.
