A Big Book of Short Stories
A collection of my ideas. While most could have been cared for and nurtured until they grew into fully fledged books, they have only matured halfway, creating a efficient way to get stuck in your head. I'll also post short stories that I may or may not try turning into novels. From "The Kid is Hot Tonight," a story about such topics as high school parties and domestic abuse. To "Just Another Nightmare," a story about a kind of hell you might never have thought of. This collection will likely make you question if something is wrong with me. Spoiler alert; there is. It will also show you the farthest reaches of the world and the furthest horrors that I can write about. If you want an update on how the next story is coming along, you can ask me however you want. Seriously I'm so so lonely...

She just wanted a more interesting life. That's it. For her, the daily routine was simple: wake up, school, study, sleep, repeat. Her life was absolutely plain to her, and she prayed for anyone out there to change it. But she should have more careful about what she wished for. The claws had emerged before I'd even realised, gently tearing their way through my skin, running their way through my arms and changing my body into the one thing I thought I'd hated, but I'd begun to love more than anything: a monster. ---------------------- High school. A place where children go to grow their minds and adapt to adulthood. Where nothing but popularity and grades matter. I was a weird kid. I still am, but that's besides the point. One day, I walked into the wrong class, and something went wrong. Turns out, Things got weirder and weirder. Suddenly, popularity and grades don't really matter anymore. Survival does. ---------------------- *Blood, gore, violent murders, etc. Do happen in this book. * *It is in no way linked to any sort of actual murders or shootings (no shootings happen in a school) that have or will happen. My thoughts and respect go out to all of the families affected to any of this, and the only reason this book was created is because my ideas are lack lustre at best.* *I try to keep every chapter limited to around 1000 words. Watch and see how truly broken you are. Keep in mind that you managed to fill those cracks in your heart with pure gold so that you can pick yourself up from the ground below and mold yourself into genuine art that has now become a beautiful piece of broken pottery. Gemma was your normal sun kissed skinned teenager. Who was living her life. Living la vida loca. Believing in the "yolo" principal until one day a tragedy knocked on her door and turned her life upside down. Now with a broken heart, a messed up mind and a blacked soul she must face her everyday life once more, she has to face school, battle friends and harsh words and a bigger brother too Lucas is your normal Spanish mafia kind of looking guy who was living his life to the fullest and working at a cute little coffee shop. There he needs a girl and is taken aback. He is completely awestruck by her beauty and her ability to play the guitar and get lost in a melody that she creates. However reality hits and he becomes disappointed when he knows that he will never see her again until her decides to show his true potential and transfer to an AP math's class and at the back of the class sat his angel. Lucas has some demons as well. Fighting an horrid past, a personality disorder and then another hardship hits him. He has bad chemistry grades and must in list the help of the schools smartest girl but this condition comes as a price. Is Lucas willing to pay? She was ice and he was fire. That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise.
