New York a place of  love and hate, business and bankruptcy, peace and chaos. People say the Big Apple is the place to be, but they never look under the covers that conceal crime. In the 1920's crime was big to the point where you may look a criminal straight in the eye. A group of 4 men known as the Kings, were a hated gang across all of New York. Known for their well thought out schemes for theft and hits, they were feared by all. No one bothers to stop them and if the cops try, they always fail. This group of hoodlums had life all planned out,  but soon a new criminal will rise to the top to over take them. They thought this hidden figure was going to be easy to get rid of, but things change.
