The Serpent's Game

Ronan only had her best friend Katlyn by her side her entire life. Choosing to run away from home together at a young age, they'd stayed by one another as they fought to survive on their own. They finally began to find their place together within the Family, the criminal network of the city, run out of the infamous Orlov club. As the years passed however, Ronan and her chosen sister started to drift apart.

Sinking into a cycle of isolation, Ronan began to feel all her friendships slipping away as she retreated further into her own depression. Fredrick, her Baker/Hitman next door neighbour, seemed to be the only one she saw frequently.

Until on a night out, a confrontation with a dark eyed stranger seems to flip Ronan's world on an axis. Power dynamics shift and new alliances are made. Caught in the whirlwind of secrets and manipulation she is forced to choose what life she wants for herself, and who will be left behind.
