I walked out and knew that I would be safe as long I had love and courage on my side. The road was a ribbon of moonlight amongst the soft blue seas.

The door slammed shut behind me. I could hear her cries. I could feel her tears falling to the floor. Not even take two steps I turned around. Eve and I ran into each others arms. Her face tried to resist the tears with her sweetest of smiles. We stayed like this for a long time. Too long.

We heard a scream which awakened us from our embracing arms.
" EVE... Help.. He's, it, has got us both loc' "
I heard their helpless struggles. I kissed Eve goodbye and ran faster as my hearts desire screamed " I Love You "

I heard their moans and screams getting louder and louder and as I thought I had just caught up to them. Silence fell upon the woods. Not a living soul in sight. The only thing that awaited me was an old recorder, which was stuck on a young woman saying two words softly.

"Help.. Me.."
Which was followed by his, its, the monsters, laugh. That laugh. It could haunt anyone at the snap of a finger.
