For generations, a curse has been destroying families. The curse somehow skipped a generation. Now a woman, Gwen Drysdale, born with the curse. If Gwen doesn't find true love before her twenty-fifth birthday, she'll disappear.
She finds out about having the curse when she turns twenty. That gives her five years to find true love. If a year pass and she doesn't find who she truly loves then slowly her body disappears.
Two boys who grew up with her has always been by her side. When Gwen knows about the curse she realises that one of the two boys is her true love.
