Tails has always been an outcast due to his birth deformity. His only friend being Sonic, a perky and charismatic sophomore. The two stuck together like the sausage to the bun, swearing to never abandon each other. But when rumours of Tails being an evil mythical creature begin to surface with solid proof backing them up, Sonic starts to have doubts. Chaotic events occur wherever the kit goes, the weather goes out of whack when the fox is feeling a strong emotion, and things that can't be coincidences coincidentally happen when he's around.
Is it possible that his best friend is a monster? And if so, is he willing to ignore it and keep the promise he made in childhood?
