The year is 3003. 100 years ago today the world came under attack from an Outbreak. It started from one man-eating creature, to two, to three, then became a horde. The cities as well as humanity collapsed long ago. There are more or less half a million of survivors. Mankind was forced to hide behind the domed walls of the City to stay safe from the terrifying creatures outside the wall. Now, the wall was breached. Humanity is on the brink of falling again because when the wall falls down, the death count rises. The Wildfire Virus. That's the illness the eggheads have called dubbed that has spread alarmingly fast all over the world. No could figure out at first how and where it came from or how even spread so quickly. I was on leave, visiting brother in Boston when the infection hit. Yesterday, the world was normal with its own conflicts. The next, millions get sick, hospitals are overwhelmed, and any sort of space was converted into a makeshift hospital to handle all the sick. On day 2 the sick died and awoke attacking the living. I tried to get out of the city, but the military closed off every major access point and now I'm trapped within, along with millions of undead. I must get out of the city with any means necessary. Winner of 28 awards including: Unknown Story, Best Cover, Random, Voted King of Action, and Voters Choice
