Located in the suburbs just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, stands a small, rotten town called Millockford. Gray and muggy, lurking with drug dealers and shot up sidewalks-this town is home to teenagers with a range of reputations to carry.

Gail Vixent: A 15 year old girl entering her sophomore year of high school; followed by a deep history of drugs, drinking, violence, and sneaking out of the house to further distance herself from the worlds in which she was raised in. Black eyeliner, signature french braids and bare lips: she is a fearsome, vicious troublemaker. Her home life is a hellhole, as she desperately tries to escape parents who haven't been the greatest model for affection and empathy. She's got quite the facade to portray ever since shes become infatuated with the preppy, red-headed girl next door.

Liz Casper: Miss Popularity, Princess, The Spoiled Rich Kid-her pretty face leaves her often misinterpreted. She is known for coming from a highly-privileged background: wealthy and pampered-but red lipstick and lace dresses can only misconstrue people for so much longer. She has a strange capability of being put on a pedestal whilst also flying under the radar, and when Gail begins to notice Liz's lack of reciprocation to the lineup of teenage boys behind her back-she begins to theorize some naughty ideas.

Will Hanson: A best friend Gail has kept by her since only five years of age; they are a 2-in-1 package of a vulnerable, helpless, scrawny boy and a defender with a sword and shield. With a substantial track record of being mercilessly teased by the boys in their school, Gail is his guardian angel, sworn to protect him. But, besides being a consistent target, he has a heart of gold filled with compassion and empathy. Although they often butt heads, he sticks by her side with balance and understanding.
