In the city of Rocksville, which is ruled by the Armamentitis Family, there is a new craving for power. Corruption and greed is getting common and the Families are almost at war. At such cruel times, Mark Agger, a fifteen year old boy, finds himself at the very center of the war. He is being targeted by all the major Families for no known reason. He is aided by Ace Noir, a powerful user of the elementary arts to escape the enemy clutches and to find out the reason for all the attention given to him. He also starts to train in the elementary arts so that he could take care of him self, because Mark Agger isn't an ordinary teen. He has plans to make the world a better place..
