Thanks to Eggman, both Sonic and Cbaos got suck into a portal that Eggman made. And now, Sonic and Chaos is in an different world from their own. Then two slaver handlers saw the two hedgehogs and catch them and makes them into slaves. One day, a black and red & yellow hedgehogs brought them from the black market. What is the hedgehogs didn't know about their owners they was princes of the Vampire Kindgom.

He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).
