This is "His Mafia Wife", second story.

I loved him, then I seen the look in his eye's when he killed a man to protect me and then I ran. I moved more then I liked for almost over a year, only for him to find me and sweep me back into his arms-were he'll never let me go.

There moments when we'll fight like dogs and cats. Then there moments we have each other's backs, fight to live. Then we have those moments, when the world isn't quite so crazy.

But the relaxing moments only last so long.

When my dad was out walking around-before prison-he, I and a few other people found out that I can hit any mark even from miles away. How that's possible, I don't know.

After he tried to kill me, when I said I wouldn't kill Logan, he was sent to prison. But now he's out after only spinding less then his time calls for, from braking out. He's out to kill me and anyone else on his list. But I plan on killing him first and then tell Logan we are expecting a child. Which in truth, I hope the nurse was wrong about the baby. I want kids don't get me wrong, but the timing couldn't be any worse.

[COMPLETED] "Shoot," Joey mumbles, letting out a string of profanities under his breath. We turn around to find a group of men, all with guns, standing where we just came from, and they look pissed... probably because they were forced to run through this tunnel after us. "Thought you could get away, didn't you?" The man who I saw before asks. His husky voice booms in the hollow tunnel, reverberating off of the dirt walls. His voice sounds familiar, and a realization strikes me. It sounds like the man from my dream. I remember him holding a gun and wearing a blue suit, smiling evilly at me. "Leave us alone," Joey says, sounding dangerous and snapping me out of my thoughts. The levity of the situation hits-we need to get out of here. I look around for a route of escape and thankfully I see a light, literally, at the end of the second tunnel. I let out a small, almost inaudible, gasp and nudge Joey. He looks at me and I subtly gesture with my head to the second tunnel. He glances at it and immediately we are on the same page. His jaw sets and he looks at the group. The man speaks up again, chuckling darkly-a sound I will never forget and will be permanently etched into my brain, "You can thank your father for starting this mess." -------------------------- Liza was a normal teenaged girl, living the average life that an eighteen year old girl should be living. I didn't wanted any weakness in my life but the day I saw her I gave up i can't help myself to make her mine __________________________________ His eyes turned red, and he said, "I have only loved you in my whole life, and until my last breath, I will only love you. No one can ever take your place. I don't know who told you this, but all this is a lie". She shouted and said, "This is not lie Mr Singhania". He warningly," stop calling me that". She angrily, "no one has told me this, I have heard it myself with my own ears and seen it with my own eyes Mr Singhania". He grabbed her arms and pulled her close, saying, "I said stop calling me that". She said angrily looking into his eyes, "Does it feel bad? I felt the same way when I found out the truth. Kabir was talking on the phone, looking at a girl's photo, saying that she is going to be your bride. I trusted you, so I thought it was a misunderstanding. That's why I came to your office to talk to you. Instead of clearing up the misunderstanding, the truth became apparent to me. I saw you with the same girl Kabir was talking about". Vansh confusingly," Kabir?". She nodded and said," yes kabir". He said, "listen, just believe me...it's just a misunderstanding I don't know who she is and I am not getting married, neither to her nor to anyone else". She said," you listen to me...If you want to get married, go ahead. I won't stop you. I don't want to be a thorn in your life. You can marry whomever you want, I won't interfere." His grip tightened on her arm and pulled her closer and said, "I'm not marrying anyone, and if I do, it will be only when I want and You will be my bride, and only you."

-"Why are you crying?" What, I didn't know I was crying. -"Come on." He offers a hand to help me up. -"Stay away... from me." I get up on my own a grunt escaping my lips when I feel pain in my knees. -"Your knees!" He crouches down to look at them up close. -"Oh don't act as if you care." I look down and see he has wet hair, which is reasonable since he came out of the bathroom. *Swoop* He scoops me up, my injured knees on his left and my head rests on his right shoulder. I hitch as he picks me up. -"What do you think you're doing? Put me down this instant!" I try to wiggle out of his arms, but it's useless, he holds me tighter to his chest. He gently places me on the bed, and I sit on the edge, I instantly throw my hand to his face intending to slap him. As if it were muscle memory he blocks my hand and gently holds it. He crouches down not breaking eye contact. -"Stella, I'm... sorry. I acted out on you." I know Jacob, and that probably was hard for him to admit. -"Let me treat your knees." He places a gentle hand over my wound. ~ ~ ~ ~ Her Dad was murdered fighting for what was right, her mom didn't love her dad all that much...or her, she plans to follow her dad's footsteps even though that might lead her to death. They say however that the best way to get over someone is to get with someone else but with 2 days notice to find a date how will I pull it off and not seem like a total dork? ... I'll be putting trigger warnings before some, but not all because again, this book is dark so please be aware before you continue reading. Secondly, I do not recommend this book to anyone under the age of maturity (continue at your own risk) due to there being ALOT of explicit language and scenes that are heavily detailed and not suitable for everyone. I'm not putting warnings beforehand every single time, so continue at your own risk. Thirdly, I'm open to constructive criticism but not rudeness. Some people are passive aggressive and I'm sensitive. I will mute you with a quickness. And lastly, everything in this book that has to do with organized crime is a work of fiction. None of the characters, events, or descriptions are real. Also, do not romanticize the mafia. It isn't anything like we see written in books. It's much worse.
