When y/n awakens she finds herself in a hospital, with two children calling out for her. When she relises that she has been I'm a coma from a car accident, her memory comes back to her.

Her two secret partners where killed in an accident, and she is left with her two children. Heart broken and lost she tries to find a way to carry on with her life.

When all of a sudden she see's her dead lovers, she finds out they are the ones from her dream, and they want her back.

But it turns out it wasn't a dream, it was a completely different dimension. Before she can even get used to this new discovery, 3 more versions of them appear without warning.

How will Y/N deal with 4 versions of her dead lovers, and the drama they bring with them.
