15 year old Scarlett Evanson suffers from eremophobia. Afraid of being lonely, and losing her friends, she goes to extreme lengths to keep them. For this reason, she's been sent to the clinic.

The clinic is home to many unstable teens, each with different issues that they're trying to overcome. Until they are fully recovered, there is no escape. The longer people stay at the clinic, the more insane they become. And they would do anything to be free.

When Scarlett's best friend comes up with The Escape Plan, Scarlett knew she had lost her mind. Not wanting to seem cowardly, she accepts. But soon she finds a horrifying secret about the clinic. Now she's realized how much she really wants to be free.
