This is a complete reworking of my story "Bump Buddies". So if you've read the original, throw out everything you think you know and remember and start anew! Y/N has always struggled to find a family to call her own. Her biological parents abandoned her, her adoptive ones died tragically and her adoptive brothers are both too selfish to give her the time of day. She's good at hiding how hurt it makes her feel, but little does she know one bad decision will lead to the family she's always dreamed of. It's not conventional, it's not ideal, but it sure is entertaining. I love everyone that supported the first story but I'm so embarrassed by it due to how young I was when it was written. Now, 6 years later I want to try again and make it worth your time. So let's enjoy this new adventure together!

After a disaster at her old school, she is left with trust issues and a controversy. Her main goal is to get through life unnoticed, and after moving to PK Academy, it has seemed to work. When another psychic is added to the equation, things start to get messy. Now she has a group of morons pushing to be her friend and an odd alien boy provoking her to spill her secrets. Kusuo Saiki has always struggled with blending in. When he sees a new girl, unreadable, disappearing into the shadows, he must know her secrets. He can tell there's something different about her, and as he notices, others do too. {first person pov + saiki k's pov/ switched each chap} italics= thoughts italics + quotes= telepathic communication He wants to get closer, but she is set on staying hidden. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
