When Dean and Sam hear of three unknown people, that are known as Nephilims, that have gotten kidnapped and hidden away, they are determined to figure out who they are and where they are being held captive. However, when it leads them into a gigantic forest, they are surrounded by another unknown kind of demon that is on the hunt for more of the Nephilims that are already being held hostage for torment and will pose a threat to anyone to stands in their way.
