Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Everything changed when the Water Tribes attacked. In the shadows of a blackened sun, the two tribes unified, using their combined strengths to take territory from the other nations. Now, they control most of the seas with a cold, iron fist as the Lunar Republic.
Liujin never wanted any of this. He didn't want to see his mother and father be taken away. He didn't want to have to steal just to make ends meet, and certainly he doesn't want to be the Avatar. How could he possibly have what it takes to bring balance to the four nations again?

'4 Tribes, 4 Times we are used, 4 times we are separated for someone's thoughts on how this should be, and you wonder- was it always like this?' Four different tribes, based off of the four elements, have always been separate. Driven by an urge to find out what is causing this mess- and a hate towards their rulers -the small group pushes on, unsure if they will succeed. Even with all they have been put through, some are still weary of four different tribes being together.
