Cassie slapped the back of Lewis' head hard enough to make him groan.

"What the--"

Cassie took in a deep breath. "Oh, did I hurt you? I am really not sorry. I was checking if there's a bit of brain in there or your cells were burned off by excessive Instagram use."

Some days are tough for Lewis, others are tougher. Especially when the new CEO of Mercedes is around and is always more than happy to make his life a living hell of sarcasm and acidic humour.

Enter Cassiopeia Rochester. Queen of sarcasm and Mercedes' new CEO. With qualifications that would make Isaac Newton blush, there is little mischief that could escape from Cassiopeia's over observant senses. And honestly, who would pay someone almost fifty million to turn a wheel and run in circles for two hours and not win a race since the beginning of the season? She just couldn't resist on meeting the certain someone.

A/N: The story was taken down because some people felt triggered by my ofc, don't know why. I guess no one can take a joke anymore. I republished it because someone wanted to read my story again and felt comforted by it. I am very grateful to that person. Lots of sarcasm, badass ofc and inappropriate language. The story line is on a fictional season.

❝They call him the Dutch Lion.❞ ❝Yeah? To be honest, I think he's more like Scar from The Lion King, but whatever.❞ In the high-pressure world of Formula 1, Red Bull Racing is crumbling. Half the team has quit, morale is at an all-time low, and Max Verstappen-the reigning champion-is battling not just a losing season but a mountain of frustration, anger, and self-hatred. Known for his icy demeanor and explosive temper, Max feels more isolated than ever, unwilling to accept the changes around him. The last thing he wants is a new Personal Assistant. Enter Emilia "Emmy" Jones, a vibrant redhead who seems to radiate sunshine wherever she goes. She's everything Max despises in this moment of chaos-optimistic, talkative, and insufferably cheerful. To Max, she's a storm he didn't see coming, and no amount of biting sarcasm or coldness can drive her away. Emmy is determined to do her job, even if it means braving the tempest that is Max Verstappen. What Max doesn't realize is that Emmy isn't just some cheerful distraction. Beneath her bright smiles and playful energy, she's hiding her own storm. She's not the unshakable beam of positivity he assumes-she's a force of nature battling scars of her own. And while Max can't stand her constant happiness at first, it doesn't take long for him to see that Emmy isn't just sunshine. She's a hurricane-wild, fierce, and unpredictable. And she might just be what Red Bull, and Max, need to survive. Because sometimes, it's the storms that reshape everything.
