Denki Kaminari ,a second year in High school, transfers to UA high a High school dedicated to making heroes. Being transferred in his second year didn't help him make any friends since everyone had their respective groups. But lucky for Kaminari the school made him share a dorm with his fellow classmate Kirishima Eijirou, They thought it would "help with friend making" or something. was is really that lucky??
