Albus Potter's life at Hogwarts was pretty normal--well as normal as it can be when you're the Chosen One's son. However, mysteries at Hogwarts begin to unravel when a notary auror gets murdered and the Malfoys are to blame.

In other words, we all know how the Cursed Child's storyline left many fans disappointed... Here is another take on how the story should've gone.

The Next Generation by potterhead1414

This is my own version of the next generation's first year at Hogwarts. I wrote the majority of this story long before The Cursed Child came out, so it does not follow a similar plot line. Albus, Rose, and Scorpius struggle to be friends as they are sorted into different houses. Draco and Harry meet again, and this time, things are different. Scorpius explains how his mother died. Pansy Parkinson's son always seems to get in the way. Lucius Malfoy has never been more evil. I've worked extremely hard on this story, so I hope you read it. Enjoy!
