Elizabeth Maye Rogue is an ex-HYDRA experiment. She was called the Ice Soldier when she was with them, a ruthless killer that couldn't feel anything when she was out doing her job, no remorse, no sadness. She is a skilled assassin that had got close to defeating the Winter Soldier, but failed, resulting in loosing her right arm from failure. 

She has a metal right arm and (natural) long dark brown hair with forest green eyes. She's about 5'7" with a fiery attitude. She's doesn't think so, but she's absolutely gorgeous. She was born October 17, 1919, and grew up along with Steve and Bucky.

Then the first day of moving in to her house, the Steve Rogers shows up asking for a place to stay, someone she hasn't seen in over 50 years.
